We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and we do not issue visas or influence final visa decisions in any manner.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval: Visa approvals, processing timelines, and final outcomes are entirely determined by the respective embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. Work Visa Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval, processing speed, employment outcomes, or immigration success. By using our services, you acknowledge that visa decisions are outside our control and accept the associated risks.
3. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Work Visa Consultancy is accurate, complete, and truthful. Users must submit genuine and verifiable documents and must disclose any prior visa refusals, overstays, legal issues, or immigration violations. Users are also expected to cooperate in a timely manner throughout the process. Work Visa Consultancy is not liable for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user.
4. Documents and Verification: Work Visa Consultancy reviews submitted documents solely for completeness and consistency. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, we do not independently verify or authenticate documents. The submission of false, altered, or misleading documents may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Fees and Payments: Consultancy fees are charged for professional services rendered. Once consultation or processing has commenced, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Additional services requested by the user may be subject to separate charges.
6. Scope Limitations: Our services do not include legal representation before immigration courts, embassy appointment bookings unless specifically agreed upon, or appeal and litigation services unless separately contracted in writing. Any services outside the agreed scope must be arranged independently by the user.
7. Account Usage and Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of an account or suspected security breach must be reported to Work Visa Consultancy immediately. Work Visa Consultancy is not responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.
8. Service Suspension or Termination: Work Visa Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if false or misleading information is provided, if these terms are violated, or if the user fails to provide required cooperation during the service process.
9. Limitation of Liability: Work Visa Consultancy shall not be held liable for visa refusals, processing delays, financial or employment losses, travel disruptions, or decisions made by third parties, including immigration authorities. Any liability, if applicable, is strictly limited to the consultancy fee paid by the user for the specific service.
10. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
