Refund Policy
How refunds are handled for consultancy and service fees.
Consultancy fees are charged for professional services such as eligibility screening support, document readiness guidance, and process coordination. Once consultation time or substantive document work has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.
Government / IND fees, third-party translation costs, and courier charges paid to external providers are not refundable through Work Visa Consultancy.
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support@workvisaconsultancy.com within 7 days of the charge with your case reference. We may offer a goodwill adjustment at our discretion; this is not an admission of liability.
